Of all the beauties God has created, nothing exist today that is equal to Paradise!! We have spent a lot of time on the negative side of this question and not too much time on the positive side. There are things Adam and Eve did that changed mankind and his history. The NOW, homo-sexual community, and other perverted human beings reject God’s intent for the structure and order of society that God brought into existence and intend to change it..
Often when man has everything, he does not appreciate what he has. Without understanding, appreciation is not considered. God said; “Let us make man in our own image.” Image is a word that describes the “total dominion” of God over all things. God gave Adam and Eve total dominion over all things. At this period of time man woman were equal in all things. THAT CHANGED!! Paul writes: “For a man ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the “image” and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.” 1 Corinthians 11:7 When the prophet Adam spoke before the sin, Adam spoke of place and position THAT WOULD BE for man and woman, AFTER SIN. Adam said: “She shall be called woman, because she was taken out of man.” Genesis 2:23 The apostle Paul writes: “For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things are of God.” 1 Corinthians 11:12 The first woman was FROM man, she was equal in all respects to man BEFORE sin, she was NOT under man’s domain. Paul shows God’s plan for man and woman BEFORE sin changed things. Adam stated man would be of woman!! Eve was FROM Adam “in the beginning,” from his womb God took a rib. Now, NO ONE is from man, the seed comes from man but the birth is from woman. Woman was GIVEN TO MAN, because of sin, in marriage to bring into existence He who would save the predestinated, the Church of Christ. Woman was made inferior to man in relationship (BECAUSE OF SIN), the same relationship that Christ would have with His church. No longer would woman be in the “image” of God as having all things under her feet, she would be under her head. Man would “be her head”!! 1 Corinthians 11:3 In the PLAN, woman would become Adam’s “Ebenezer,” his means of carrying out the wishes and plans of the Head, so the church with Christ. The church has NO authority, authority comes from Christ, our job is to “preach the Word, not add to it or take from it.” Revelation 22:18-19 “Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” Genesis 3:16 Leading in disobedience, Eve was to be the means of bringing into existence the pleasure (glory) of her husband. She, as woman would be UNDER, INFERIOR to her head, something the National Organization of Women, all homo-sexual groups, and man-made denominational groups are against. “Image”/ power/ position over the woman man would retain AND her conception would be accompanied with sorrow (itstsabown-pain, sorrow, birth pangs) . This does not mean she is not equal to man “in Christ”, it means because of the CONTRACT, ARRANGEMENT called marriage, woman takes a subordinate role. All humanity comes from woman, who is in subjection to her husband. All the saved are in the Church of Christ, the wife of Christ. Adam had no children by any other, neither does Christ!!
It is always the joy of parent that can provide everything, to give beyond measure. In this situation the child learns to be “selfish,” for they do not know HOW to appreciate their blessings. Often not appreciated, these children “take advantage” of these kindnesses. God would not allow His joy to be made an uncontrollable curse because of His love. ONE commandment, He gave to show He was “all in all,” there was nothing or no one that was not put UNDER Him, ALL was in subjection!! Having given Adam and Eve the “image” (dominion) of God, like God man controlled all animals, all plant life and the supply of food. God placed ONE command, which if disobeyed, would cause man to relinquish that “image” and fellowship with God. Satan did not know what God had commanded. Eve told Satan and Satan used that information to trap her. Since sin, there are animals that man fears, supplying foods no longer under his domain, and weather patterns that he cannot command.
He now lives in houses or caves, advances the fellowship with God on God’s terms, can be separated from God for all eternity. Paradise has been moved. Adam’s sin DID change a lot of things!!
