What Happened in the Garden of Eden? Part 28

This entry is part 28 of 48 in the series What Happened in the Garden of Eden?

There are many issues which underscore the created being called Satan. It is not told as to the purpose Satan was so evil, what is related is that he was and is. One thing is for certain, he never gives up!! The defining characteristic defining him is that he never gives up! And his lack of compassion is inhuman. The only thing that explains his children is the same-they care more for themselves than anyone else, even the children they bring into this world. Selfishness is rebellion to what is right and selfishness is as witchcraft! Sadly, all those overcome by Satan think themselves their own “director of operations” in their lives. They think THEY call all the shots and make all the decisions when in fact, even in this, they are blind-sided! “O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.” Jeremiah 10:23 It is told that all the angels gathered in Hell to find a way to stop mankind from believing in Christ. There were many who had ideas which Satan listened and entertained. All were pretty much on equal footing until one little demon in the crowd from the darkest part of Hell offered the winning idea. His plan was simple: “tell them what they want to do is perfectly fine and that they are to believe that God really doesn’t care as long as mankind will just love Him.” On this suggestion Satan has built his world-wide efforts to stop the Church of Christ from saving millions of men, women, and accountable children, and he does not care one whit about any one of them knowing where it will take them!!
A couple of weeks ago, I finished that article by stating Satan was his own worst enemy, he actually out smarted himself. Satan as a created archangel was not evil when created by Christ, that would bring a charge against God and cause the statement “He saw everything was good and very good,” false. Satan at the time of his creation was good as God said he was! Oh! the difference one sin can make in a life and we never know which sin it will be!! Those who try to make a living on controlling everybody else and not tend to their own business are impossible to live around. Assigned a function by Jesus Christ (the creator of this world and all other worlds), Satan superintends the care taking of this planet (God has even set angels as superintendents over nations). Satan has never abrogated this role nor has he made mistakes in doing that which Christ appointed him!! (Global warming is not a malfunction in the creation and sustaining of what God made, it is a lie from Hell that politicians who want to steal more money from taxpayers are telling!!
God is a personnel God, who is presented as even knowing the number of hairs on our heads, Matthew 10:30. and Peter tells us that it matters to Him about mankind. 1 Peter 5:7 There’s something personal, too, in the concept of men’s names being written in Heaven. Luke 10:17-22 Jesus is not a created being, but instead in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead, bodily (John 1:1; Philippians 2:6 ; Colossians 1:16; Hebrews 1:2 indicate Jesus Himself did the creating. He did not turn it over to the Devil as many eastern religions teach!! The Bible holds out the hope of resurrection, not reincarnation. Reincarnation denies the personality of God (that God is one but are three individual Beings) They teach there is only one God. If this were true who can explain God appearing in three forms at one time as at the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptizer if He were only ONE Being!!); it has a perverted doctrine of sin (denying that Jesus “has by one sacrifice forever perfected them that are sanctified,” Hebrews 10:14); and it denies the record of the New Testament which has John the Baptist and Jesus alive at the same time (reincarnationists teach that John and Jesus were actually the same person who before he was John the Baptizer, he was Elijah, and before he was Elijah, he was Moses). How could that be if John baptized Jesus, if Jesus, Elijah, and Moses were all together on the Mount of Transfiguration; that would mean they were present at the same time and same place??
Why did Satan change? The answer is never answered. What advantage did he see if resisting God? The same as any sinner does today. Where did his rebellion take him? Like any sinner today, to the final desolation and destruction of a place of eternal misery and pain. And what did his rebellion cost all those whom he influenced? Because they had the right of choice as he, the same end!!
Whatever Satan’s aims and goals were are not known, but what is known is that nothing, no power present or to come, nor has ever been can defeat the determination of God for those whom He loves.
